Prior to co-founding IROCKE.COM, Rogers was a co-founder of Road Runner High Speed Online, a joint venture of Time Warner, Microsoft, AT&T, and Advance- Newhouse. As Senior Vice President, Broadband Consumer Products, Rogers oversaw the development and rollout of one of the world’s largest residential broadband Internet services.     Rogers   was   also   responsible   for   the   company’s  content strategy and established broadband distribution deals with leading media companies including, Viacom, CBS, News Corp., Disney/ABC, NBC, Liberty Media, and others.

Rogers also founded MCA/Universal Interactive Services Group, the first major Hollywood studio unit dedicated to Internet marketing, promotion and original entertainment.

Rogers is the inventor of a patent pending (U.S. Pat. app #09,816,306) system and method for live multi-cast streaming with context-sensitive communication features.

Rogers was the founding principal of KSR Consulting Group, a boutique creative agency that produced national award-winning promotional programs and live events for clients including SKECHERS USA, The Patron Spirits Company, and others.

Rogers is also founding president of the Manhattan Beach Pumpkin Race Festival, a National Recreation and Parks Association award-winning event that has raised nearly $2 million for public schools in the South Bay region of Los Angeles.

Rogers is lead singer, guitarist, and songwriter for Band Called Strand. Karl lives in Hermosa Beach, CA with his wife and children.
