Ralph Cipolla just completed a 10-year run as Strategic Programming Consultant and Analyst at North America's leading Rock radio consulting firm, Michigan-based Jacobs Media. This year's CMW represents his Free-Agency "coming out" party as he unveils and embarks on a new venture. Ralph's background includes work with broadcasters in the commercial, ethnic, and non-profit realm, with companies large and small, and in cities across the U.S. and Canada. A Buffalo, NY native, he spent his formative years within earshot of Toronto radio. Recruited during his final year of Physics and Mathematics studies at Buffalo State College, his first broadcast industry position came in the role of Senior Consultant for the New York-based music scheduling software firm, Radio Computing Services

His work includes the conception, development, introduction, and evolution of a suite of airplay analytics software created expressly for radio and used by stations across North America to analyze market airplay, ensure strategically-focused music testing, and facilitate more efficient and focused music test data analysis and sorting. His combination of database and graphic-design work helps provide easy-to-understand and actionable reports via sound data-visualization methodology. His resume also includes mobile device development and an addiction to exploring the intersection of data and graphic design. Prior to Jacobs Media, Ralph spent 10 years as Operations Manager for Greater Media in Detroit, Michigan, serving as Brand Manager for the legendary Classic Rock station WCSX, and has programmed rock radio stations in Buffalo, New York and Jacksonville, Florida.

He currently resides in Farmington Hills, Michigan, with his wife, son, labrador retriever, and a vast collection of Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bills memorabilia.
