Born and raised in Toronto, Maie Pauts began her career in radio at Ryerson. One of the most respected broadcasters in the country, and one of the most amiable, Maie Pauts has a long-time rapport with Toronto radio listeners having worked with various stations in the city including CFNY/Edge and CHUM-FM.

Maie joined boom 97.3FM in 2009 and currently hosts the daytime show 9AM – 2PM. Being a great conversationalist, she keeps boom listeners company during their workday with not only music from the 70s, 80s and 90s but adds her own fun slice-of-life stories, making her a popular favourite with boom listeners.

Throughout her illustrious career, Maie has interviewed some of the most high profile artists in the business, including Madonna, Pink, Beyonce, Alicia Keys, David Bowie, REM and Depeche Mode.
Maie has lent her voice to radio and TV commercials for various brands including Sears, Campbells, Alberto and Honda. She was also the network voice of CTV for a number of years.

In her spare time, Maie enjoys shopping, particularly for shoes, spending time with her daughter Lauren and "the cutest dog in the world", Timbit, and lazy weekends with friends at the cottage.
