Jeff brings more than 20 years of senior-level research and consulting experience to Vision Critical, including six years as Vice President of Media Research with the Angus Reid Group.

Recognized as one of North America’s leading radio programming, marketing and research experts, Jeff has conducted research studies and/or consulted clients in more than 50 different radio markets across North America. He has provided strategic advice to many of Canada’s leading broadcast and media companies.

Prior to joining Vision Critical in January 2009, Jeff was a Partner at Solutions Research Group, where he pioneered the use of online research panels to conduct radio studies using a representative sample of listeners in each market.

Jeff began his career as a broadcaster, serving as a Station Manager and Program Director. Jeff is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences in Canada and the US.
