While at McKinsey, he consulted to Fortune 100 companies on setting up and spinning out entrepreneurial ventures.

Bob serves on the Consumer Electronics Association Executive Board, and he is a past member of the Electronics Industry Association Board of Governors. He is presently Chairman of the MD Tech Division of the Maryland Tech Council.

Bob is quoted frequently on radio's digital transition, and his views have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Business Week, Time and major industry publications. He has appeared on CNN, Fox News, CNBC, Nightly Business Report, CSPAN and numerous local radio and TV broadcasts.
