French producers and labels from Martinique and Gaudaloupe will be in Toronto on June 14 to meet with the Canadian music industry following their showcases at the Francofolies Festival in Montreal.

You are cordially invited to join us for a Rendezvous with France – a day of formal and informal business-to-business networking on Thursday, June 14, 2012. The  event is produced in association with the UBIFrance, the French Trade Commission in Canada and will be held at The Ontario Investment and Trade Centre (250 Yonge Street, 35th Floor, Toronto.)

The preliminary schedule for the day is as follows and you are welcome to participate in any part of the day. For the VIP Reception, please rsvp your attendance should you plan on attending.

To join the pre-arranged one-on-one meetings with members of the incoming delegation from France, please complete the Meeting Request Form. Background info on each delegate is outlined on this form. Please review and return the completed form to Kathy Hahn, Manager – International Marketplace at Canadian Music Week, kathy@cmw.net, prior to 5:00 PM on Wednesday, June 6, 2012.

Please include a brief profile on your company and what your objectives are for these meetings. You will be notified by 5:00 PM on Monday June 11, 2012 as to the timings of the pre-arranged one-on-one meetings that have been set up for you. Please be sure to arrive on time.
