From March 22-23, CMW delegates will get an insider’s look at Latin America. With a population of 570 million people, it is home to the 8th largest economy in the world – Brazil. Identified by the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) in 2010 as one of few international music markets showing growth, Brazil boasts the region’s biggest digital market with revenues growing dramatically over the last few years. Recent developments of its technological platforms (digital and mobile) and business models will be brought to light for the Canadian industry through market overview presentations, seminars, business meetings and networking sessions.
