Rob Lanni (with partner Eric Lawrence) is co-founder of Coalition Music - a full-service music company specializing in artist management, record production, publishing and education. The current artist roster includes: Our Lady Peace, Simple Plan, Finger Eleven, Justin Nozuka, Incura, Faber Drive, These Kids Wear Crowns, Ubiquitous Synergy Seeker (USS), The Balconies, Barlow as well as producer/songwriters Arnold Lanni, Greig Nori, Rick Jackett and James Black.

Established in 1990, Coalition Music has evolved into a full service company with various departments including: touring, music licensing, online creative, marketing, social networking, press & publicity and rehearsal & recording studios.

Lanni is currently on the Board of Directors of the Music Managers Forum of Canada having served as the organization's first President. In addition, Lanni represents the MMF on the FACTOR Board of Directors. In 2004, Lanni co-founded Coalition Entertainment (Records) and Coalition Entertainment (Publishing) to further be able to discover and develop new artists.
