Tricia Holloway

Head of Music,
FREEFORM
Burbank, CA, USA
Australian-born Tricia Holloway is Head of Music at Freeform (previously known as ABC Family).

Tricia is responsible for all music elements across the company including music supervisors, composers, budgets, theme songs, original music creation, on-camera performances, soundtrack releases, strategic marketing tie-ins, campaigns, promo’s, delivery and new business; servicing the creative music needs of all departments and coordinating the business side to ensure actualization of the creative.

Tricia also oversees a boutique collection of songs from indie artists known as PGM (name change coming soon). For PGM she sources indie artists for one-off song deals, developing a concept for song direction in alignment with Freeform projects, securing placements throughout series and promo’s and then when a major placement is secured, she coordinates snipes, chyrons and shout outs to the Freeform social army. Freeform socials total 70 million active followers, which consistently results in Freeform winning the spot as the #1 socially active network in the US. It’s a unique platform for indie artists to gain exposure. She’s always on the hunt for artists/songwriters/producers whose vibe will work with Freeform.

Holloway was previously an independent music supervisor and principal of Path Music - a music supervision company based in Los Angeles. In earlier years, she was as Executive in Charge of Film Music at Lionsgate.

While her list of credits is long on both the big and small screens, in her current role as Music Executive at Freeform, Tricia currently has various music related responsibilities across 25 Days of Christmas, 13 Nights of Halloween, Freeform upfronts, Shadowhunters, Pretty Little Liars, Famous in Love, Beyond, Stitchers, The Fosters, Switched at Birth, Alone Together, The Bold Type, Young & Hungry, Baby Daddy and many more in digital/short form, pilots, sizzles and presentations.
