Over the past 4 years as Assoc. Artistic Director and Festival Manager at Riverfest Elora, Spencer has played an integral role in guiding the festival through a period of rapid growth. Riverfest Elora has come a long way from just 1000 patrons in 2013, to over 15,000 in 2016.
