Ron is developing the Mascot Label Group brand in North America (Mascot Records / Provogue Records). He oversees all facets of the label group operations including A&R, marketing, promotion, sales, social media and label relations.

Responsible for establishing New York stand alone office and building a dedicated professional team. Increase yearly sales and build label repertoire. Some of the artists on Mascot Label Group in Europe include : Joe Bonamassa, Gov't Mule, Black Label Society, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Jonny Lang, Tracer, etc. Artists for the world include: The Robert Cray Band, Beth Hart, No Sinner (from Vancouver), Robben Ford, Flying Colors (featuring Mike Portnoy & Steve Morse), Eric Johnson, Walter Trout, Leslie West, Matt Schofield, Volbeat (first 3 albums). New signings include No Sinner & Shaman's Harvest, both to be released this summer.

Through out Ron's career he has discovered, signed, and developed many artists, who have collectively sold more than 50 Million albums worldwide, and had more than 20 TOP 10 singles, including several # 1's.

Some of the bands Ron has discovered or signed while he was SVP @ Roadrunner Records include: Nickelback, Theory of a deadman, Airbourne, Korn, Black Stone Cherry, Hail the Villain, Biffy Clyro, The Wombats, Billy Talent, Madina Lake, and others. Over the years, Ron has worn many hats in the music and entertainment industry including: A&R executive, booking agent, personal manager, tour manager, promoter, club booker, DJ, festival booker, and stage manager. He has vast experience and a formidable network of contacts.

Specialties: Creating valuable content, discovering new music, media and art trends. All aspects of A&R: Working with artists, writers, producers, mixers, publishers, agents, managers, promoters and all facets of developing music.
