As the Sr. Director , Artist Services, Leeloy oversees the Nashville operations for Topspin Media; responsible for proactively developing deep, consultative business development relationships with key artist, management, label and ecosystem partners in the Country, Americana and Christian genres and educating clients and self serve artists on the best practices inside the Topspin platform and marketing in the direct-to-fan channel. In 2011, he realigned the Nashville office into a full service boutique agency and now helps brands and bands grow awareness, build community, market directly, create revenue and use actionable data to inform their efforts.
Leeloy’s love affair with music began in Memphis, TN. After 10 years as a self-sufficient independent artist, he parlayed his background into a music consultancy that leveraged his experience in Management, Marketing, Event Development, Brand Integration and Live Production. Eventually, he was recruited to run Business Development & Artist Relations for the Memphis & Shelby County Music Commission, an initiative of the Mayor’s office responsible for the revitalization of Memphis’ once thriving industry and the development of promotional and revenue opportunities for the creative community.

In Seattle, WA, he worked closely with the Recording Academy and the Mayor’s office of Film and Music to develop the first Music + Tech Summit and help to map the promotional campaign that would become, Seattle: City Of Music.

He joined 206inc, a boutique lifestyle-marketing firm, as the Director of Program Development, and managed corporate tie-ins and partnerships, sponsorship and business development, artist relations and campaign strategy for clients such as Levis, Toyota, Urban Outfitters, Walt Disney Records, Milk Rocks, Ubisoft and many more.

He moved to Nashville, TN to launch Ticketmaster’s custom marketing and sales division, Music Services, and was responsible for Artist / Industry relations and business development and project management of large-scale sales and marketing campaigns for national touring artists like Keith Urban, Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts, Jason Aldean and many more.

After the Live Nation /Ticketmaster merger, Leeloy resurrected Foundation Music Group as an “Artist Development” consultancy – focusing his efforts in building solid relationships between artists and fans and growing business for independent artists, labels and brands looking to partner with music. His success helping artists build their Direct To Fan business drew the attention of several D2F platforms looking to plant a footprint in Nashville and brought him to Topspin Media.
