As Head of Music Partnerships, Melissa oversees Live Nation Canada's national partnership business and is the driving force behind a robust portfolio of innovative sponsorship programs for some of the world’s top brands, garnering two Awards of Distinction from the Sponsorship Marketing Council of Canada for both the Nokia All-Access and TD Music Access partnership programs as well as a 2016 Canadian Marketing Association Award for Air Miles Stage Pass. Having also led the Live Entertainment Marketing department at MLSE, Melissa’s team launched Sher Club, a collaboration with music superstar Drake, at Air Canada Centre, launched Air Canada Centre Icons, a recognition program for the superstars that contribute to Toronto’s vibrant music scene and saw Air Canada Centre recognized as Major Facility of the Year (over 8,000) from the Canadian Music & Broadcast Industry Awards (2015/2016/2017).
Melissa is a member of the Toronto Music Advisory Council, sits on the board for the Unison Benevolent Fund, is part of the Communications Committee for Music Canada Live as well as the Advisory Committee for MusiCounts and War Child Canada.
