Canada's hottest music stars will
be honoured at the 2007 Canadian Radio Music
Awards (CRMA). It's year ten for the CRMAs,
and our attention-getting little afternoon
event has made quite a name for itself -
introducing rookies like Avril Lavigne,
Nelly Furtado, Remy Shand, Nickelback and
Sum 41, and boasting such hosts as Leslie
Nielsen, Jann Arden, Kim Stockwood, and
Carla Collins.
Presented by the Canadian
Association of Broadcasters (CAB), the
10th Annual Canadian Radio Music Awards
honour Canada's hottest rising radio music
stars. The awards will be handed out at
a gala luncheon hosted by Jully
Black on
Saturday, March 10, 2007, 12:30 p.m. at
the Fairmont Royal York Toronto, as part
of Canadian Music Week celebrations.
